Shipping policy

Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the contiguous United States, including Washington, DC. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.

Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free on all orders to eligible addresses. The available shipping option and any charges are shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing and delivery times
Orders ship from our fulfillment partner's US warehouse. After your order is processed and dispatched, the current carrier estimate is 3-8 days in transit. Processing time before dispatch is additional to the transit time.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can vary by destination, carrier capacity, weather and holidays.

Tracking
When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. A new tracking number may not show updates until the carrier scans the parcel.

Delays
If we cannot ship your order within the expected time, we will contact you and give you the choice of accepting a new shipping date or cancelling the unshipped order for a full refund.

Lost, damaged or undelivered parcels
If your parcel appears lost, is marked as delivered but has not arrived, or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and we will investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Address changes
Please check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been dispatched.
