Refund policy

Returns
You may request a return within 14 days after your order is delivered. Items must be unused, undamaged, complete with all included parts, and in their original packaging where possible.

Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
If your item arrived damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, we will cover the return shipping or send a replacement at no cost to you.

How to start a return
Email us at steamora75@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. If your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please do not send items to the address on your parcel or to a supplier warehouse without our written instructions.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If something is wrong, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or a short video of the issue. Stop using any appliance that appears damaged or unsafe.

Cancellations
You can request to cancel your order at any time before it ships by emailing us. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may request a return under this policy.

Exchanges
Contact us before returning an item to ask about exchange options.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
If you have not received an approved refund within a reasonable time, contact us.

Your rights
This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including rights that apply if goods are defective, not as described, or not delivered.
