Shipping Policy
Where we ship: contiguous United States, including Washington, DC. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or military addresses.
Shipping cost: free on all orders to eligible addresses.
Processing time: usually 1 to 5 business days after your order is placed.
Delivery time: our products are shipped by our fulfillment partner from warehouses outside the United States. Most orders arrive within 10 to 25 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by carriers, weather, holidays and customs.
Tracking: a tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships.
Customs and duties: depending on current import rules, customs duties or taxes may apply to your order.
Problems with delivery: if your tracking has not updated for 10 days, or your order has not arrived within the estimated time, email steamora75@gmail.com and we will look into it.
