Return & Refund Policy
You can request a return within 14 days after your order is delivered. Items must be unused, undamaged, complete with all included parts, and in their original packaging where possible.
Damaged, defective or wrong item: email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or a short video. We will send a replacement or refund you.
Other returns: email us first to get return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is damaged, defective or incorrect. Please do not send items back without our written instructions.
Refunds: after we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
